Spiritual direction is a contemplative conversation. Together, we pay attention to what is unfolding in your life, with room for reflection, honest questions, and silence.
You might bring a change in calling, questions about faith, the weight of caring for others, or something you cannot quite name.
The practice is rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition. Questions and doubts are welcome, and you do not need to identify as religious to begin.
